The DADO aims to prepare an inclusive resilient society through building capacity of the individual, professionals and community living at risk areas for better coping with disasters and achieving sustainable development.

Our vision is to empower every member of society to reach their full potential, enabling them to thrive in increasingly challenging environments through environmental preservation, societal well-being, and economic prosperity.

Mission

Our mission is to protect life and livelihoods in disaster prone areas targeting those who are poor, marginalized, disadvantaged and disabled communities. Our interventions aim at improving lives of disaster affected marginalized communities and influence relevant policies and programs through its interactive activities of research, innovation, advocacy, solidarity and action.
